Job summary

UCHealth in Pueblo, CO is seeking a PRN Registered Nurse for the 5 SW Labor & Delivery unit. This onsite role supports direct patient care for Women and Infants, following the nursing process and collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Minimum qualifications include RN licensure, graduation from an accredited program, NRP/ACLS/C-EFM within specified timeframes, and BLS. The position offers competitive pay and comprehensive benefits through UCHealth.

Qualifications

Graduate of an accredited or state board of nursing approved Registered/Professional Nursing program.
State licensure as a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing.
Minimum 6 months of Women and Infants nursing experience or completion of the UCHealth Fellowship.
NRP within 3 months of hire.
ACLS within 6 months; C-EFM within 1 year.
BLS through AHA or Red Cross CPR for the Professional Rescuer with card in-hand before start date and valid through 60 days after hire.

Responsibilities

Provide direct patient care to Women and Infants patients using the nursing process.
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve outcomes.
Maintain certifications and safety standards; precept new staff when applicable.
