Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates nursing process through assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation and evaluation.
• Collaborates with the health care team to ensure continuity of care.
• Performs point of care testing as required.
• Maintains confidentiality and ethical practice at all times.
