Job summary

Cynet HealthStaff is seeking an RN for Labor and Delivery in Beaufort, SC. The role requires a registered nurse with experience in obstetric care and the ability to handle high-risk deliveries and postpartum care.

Responsibilities include antepartum triage, intraoperative support as an OR circulator for cesarean sections, and blood product administration. Night shifts with 12-hour blocks and possible weekend work are expected.

Qualifications

• Active RN license required in state.
• Minimum 2 years of Labor and Delivery experience.
• First-time travelers accepted; ratios 1:2.

Responsibilities

• Attend high‑risk and premature deliveries.
• Provide postpartum and couplet care.
• Perform antepartum triage nursing and assist as OR circulator for Cesarean sections.
• Administer blood products as needed and monitor resuscitation.
• Charting with Meditech; manage abnormal fetal heart rate patterns.

Description:This position requires a registered nurse with experience in Labor and Delivery.You will provide maternal and obstetric care.Responsibilities include attending high-risk and premature deliveries.You will also provide postpartum and couplet care.You will perform antepartum triage nursing and be an OR circulator for Cesarean sections.Experience with respiratory support and resuscitation is essential.You must possess skills in the administration of blood and blood products.Knowledge of handling adult cardiac arrest and amnioinfusion is required.Charting experience with Meditech is preferred.You should be comfortable with high-risk antepartum care and postpartum hemorrhage management.Skills in recognizing and treating abnormal fetal heart rate patterns are necessary.You will be required to float within the facility and work weekends and holidays as needed.Candidates must be able to work with high patient-to-clinician ratios.Please be prepared to comply with all applicable facility policies and requirements.
