Job summary

Richmond University Medical Center in New York is seeking a dedicated Night Shift RN to deliver high-quality patient care on the Med/Surg unit. The role uses the nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate care to achieve optimal patient outcomes in a collaborative team setting.

Requirements include current NY RN registration, a nursing diploma, and graduation from an accredited school of nursing.

Qualifications

• Current registration in New York State as an RN.
• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing; Diploma required.
• BSN preferred; 1–2 years Med/Surg experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Uses the Nursing process to plan, implement, direct and evaluate patient care to achieve optimal outcomes.
• Works collaboratively with all disciplines on assigned unit.
• Nights with every other weekend and holidays, 7:00 pm–7:30 am.
