Atlas MedStaff seeks an experienced Labor & Delivery nurse for a 13-week contract at a well-established hospital in Mount Pleasant, TX. The night shift runs from 7 PM to 7 AM, with an expected ~36 hours per week, caring for obstetric patients over 20 weeks gestation including labor management, vaginal and cesarean deliveries.

You will practice independently, applying expertise to provide routine and complex care while supporting patient safety and comfort during critical moments.

This 13-week contract offers labor and delivery nurses an opportunity to work the overnight shift from 7 PM to 7 AM at a well-established hospital in Mount Pleasant, TX. The role involves managing obstetric patients over 20 weeks gestation, including labor management, vaginal and cesarean deliveries, and postpartum surgical care such as tubal ligations. You’ll be practicing independently, applying your expertise to provide routine and complex care, and supporting patient safety and comfort during critical moments. The unique setting combines the fast-paced environment of obstetrics with the chance to develop long-range clinical skills while working with a dedicated team.
