Description:This position requires an experienced Registered Nurse for an Interventional Radiology unit.The unit features 2 IR Suites with advanced equipment.Key equipment includes Philips Bi-Plane and GE Monitoring systems.The nursing staff consists of 5 nurses and 5 technicians.Candidates must be able to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team.Typical procedures performed include EKOS, Angiograms, Trevo, Cerebral Coiling, and Biopsies.The role requires one weekend of on-call duty per month and one call night per week.Candidates must reside within a 40-minute radius of the facility.Preferred candidates will have specific experience in Interventional Radiology or Cardiac Cath Lab.
