Cynet Health seeks an RN with Interventional Radiology experience for a 13-week assignment in California. Day shift, 8 hours. The role includes a rotating on-call schedule and potential weekend coverage.

Responsibilities include monitoring procedural sedation, administering emergency medications, assisting with endovascular procedures and central line care, maintaining infection control, ECG documentation, Epic charting, and crossing between nearby facilities as needed.

Formación

• Active, valid state RN license.
• ACLS and BLS certifications.
• Minimum 1 year of nursing experience in interventional radiology or a related specialty.
• Ability to float between nearby facilities.

Responsabilidades

• Monitor procedural sedation and administer emergency medications.
• Provide patient care for adult and geriatric populations.
• Support endovascular procedures and central line care.
• Maintain infection prevention and isolation precautions.
• Perform and document 12-lead ECG/ECG.
• Document in Epic and coordinate charting.
• Float between nearby facilities as required.
• Participate in holiday coverage as scheduled.

Description:The call expectation may vary, but it is required for 7 out of 14 days.It is a mix of weeknights and weekends.Typically, there are 3 days of call one week and 4 the next, which includes every other weekend.Responsibilities include monitoring procedural sedation and providing emergency medications.Candidates should have experience with endovascular interventions and central line insertion/management.Basic knowledge of infection prevention and isolation precautions is essential.Candidates must be competent in obtaining 12 lead EKG/ECG.Experience with procedural sedation administration and monitoring is required.Familiarity with charting systems, preferably Epic, is preferred.Knowledge of various interventional radiology procedures is necessary.Candidates should be skillful in patient care across adult and geriatric populations.Applicants may be expected to float between nearby facilities.Refusal to float may result in termination of assignment.Additional expectations include committing to a minimum of 3 of the 5 holidays during the contract period.
