Job Summary

M-F Between the hours of 7:30am -5:30pm

Salary Range: $38.71 - $67.87. Pay is based on experience.

Summary

Responsible for interpreting the plan of medical care, assessing patients' clinical needs and nursing care requirements, ensuring safe and competent nursing care, providing individualized patient care, and evaluating nursing care for groups of patients.

Essential Functions
  • Maintain accurate and detailed patient reports and records.
  • Administer medications and monitor patients for reactions, side effects, and therapeutic responses.
  • Record patients' medical information and vital signs accurately and timely.
  • Monitor, document, and report symptoms, changes in condition, and other significant patient findings.
  • Collaborate with healthcare team members to assess, plan, implement, and evaluate individualized patient care plans.
  • Modify patient treatment plans as indicated by patients' responses, condition and clinical needs.
