Responsibilities

Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
Uses the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate care, engaging patients and families.
Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the team to influence outcomes.
Upholds and promotes a culture of safety.
May administer medications, treatments, and therapies per protocols.
Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
May float to other units to meet patient care needs.
