Qualifikationen

• Graduate of a Board of Nursing approved nursing education program.
• Active registered nurse (RN) license with privileges to practice in the state(s) where the RN is providing client nursing services.
• BSN preferred per job description.

• Engages in unit councils, governance, and quality initiatives to improve care and apply evidence-based practices.
• Utilizes the nursing process to assess, plan, diagnose, implement, and evaluate nursing care and engage patients and families.
• Monitors patient conditions, adjusts care plans, and collaborates with the care team to influence outcomes.
• Upholds a culture of safety.
• Maintains accurate, timely EHR documentation.
• May float to other units as needed.
• Demonstrates strong clinical judgment and communication.
• Pursues professional development and maintains certifications.
