FirstHealth of the Carolinas is seeking a qualified RN for the 12-bed Reid intermediate care unit in central North Carolina. You will care for patients with moderate to severe medical and cardiac diagnoses, monitor cardiac status, titrate drips, and assist with bedside procedures.

2Reid is a 12-bed intermediate care unit specializing in the care of patients with moderate to severe medical and cardiac diagnoses such as sepsis, acute respiratory failure, diabetic ketoacidosis, NSTEMI, atrial fibrillation/flutter and CHF. Nurses on this unit utilize a broad skill set, initiate and titrate drips that require cardiac monitoring and assist with bedside procedures such as transesophageal echocardiograms and cardioversions.
Requirements:
Valid NC RN License or Compact State RN License
BCLS required
2-years of experience required for weekend incentive pay
