Job summary

Baptist Health Floyd in New Albany, IN is seeking a Registered Nurse for the 2BCE Intermediate Unit. This part-time role (24 hours weekly) offers a day shift from 7am to 7pm with benefit eligibility and a sign-on bonus for experienced applicants.

You will provide direct patient care from admission to discharge and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team in our 34-bed PCU unit with a 4:1 nurse-to-patient ratio. Indiana RN license, BLS, ACLS within 6 months are required.

Qualifications

• Current Indiana or compact state RN license.
• BLS for healthcare provider required.
• ACLS for Healthcare provider required (obtained within 6 months of hire).
• Baptist Health Floyd is Pathway to Excellence® designated.

Responsibilities

• Direct comprehensive nursing care for the patient from admission to discharge.
• Function as an on-shift team member providing direct patient care to meet patient, family and co-worker needs.
