Job summary

University of Miami Health System is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse for the Intermediate Care Unit in Miami, FL. This full-time role partners with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care in accordance with the nursing process and standards of care.

Minimum qualifications include a Florida RN license, BLS/ACLS, a BSN preferred (ASN acceptable with 2 years to completion), and at least one year of acute care experience; step-down experience is preferred. EOE.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing; BSN preferred.
• Florida RN license with BLS/ACLS certification.
• Minimum one year of acute care nursing experience; step-down experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care and family teaching according to the nursing process.
