The University of Miami Hospital, Progressive Care Department, is seeking a Registered Nurse for a full-time on-site role in Miami, FL. The nurse will deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based standards while ensuring safety and high-quality service in a progressive care setting.

Ideal candidates have an RN license, BSN preferred (ASN with plan to complete BSN considered), BLS/CPR and ACLS certifications, and at least 1 year of acute care nursing experience.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.
• RNs with ASN can progress to BSN with 2 years to complete.
• Current Registered Nurse License in Florida.
• BLS/CPR Certification and ACLS.

Responsibilities

• Deliver patient-family centered care using evidence-based standards of quality, safety, and service.
• Provide care in the Progressive Care department.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes.
