Corewell Health in Michigan seeks a Clinical Nurse to provide professional nursing care in the ICU, applying the nursing process and patient-family centered care principles. You will work under the direction of the Nurse Leader in accordance with hospital policies and procedures.

Required: Associate degree in nursing, Michigan RN license, BLS, ACLS within specified times, and within five years a Bachelor's degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

Associates in Nursing required.
Bachelor's in Nursing required within 5 years.
Graduates from a non-accredited school of nursing must have at least one year of acute care experience or two years in a licensed health care role and must have passed NCLEX.
MI Registered Nurse (RN) required.
AHA/ARC Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 90 days.
AHA ACLS required within 6 months.
Specialty Certification highly recommended within 2 years.
1 year ICU RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide professional nursing care using the nursing process.
Incorporate patient-family centered care principles.
Work under the direction of the Nurse Leader per Corewell Health policies.

Education
