Qualifications

• Graduate of an Accredited Nursing Program.
• Specialized field of nursing is required.
• RN license is required.
• BLS certification or willing to obtain within 30 days of starting.
• Minimum of 1 year IMCU/PCU RN experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee patient care using a professional practice model.
• Perform patient assessments and create care plans.
• Recognize health issues and respond appropriately.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to ensure quality care.
• Educate patients and families about care plans and health needs.
• Document and adjust patient care as conditions change.
