Job summary

Wellstone Regional Hospital in Jeffersonville, IN seeks a dedicated RN Intake Clinician for full-time night shift (Mon-Thu, 8:30 PM–7:00 AM) to coordinate services, assess patient needs, and interface with payors.

You will work with managed care organizations, referrals, and treatment planning; Indiana RN license required; two years psychiatric/behavioral health experience preferred. Competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• Education/Licensure: Currently licensed to practice as an RN by Indiana.
• Experience: Minimum of two years in psychiatric/mental health/chemical dependency setting preferred.
• Additional Requirements: CPR and CPI before working independently; experience with referrals and external review organizations.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requests for services, resource referrals, and assessment of patient/family clinical needs.
• Interface with managed care organizations, external reviewers, and payors.
