Job summary

Bold Vision Career LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a qualified Healthcare Instructor to join our training team. The role includes classroom instruction, skills labs, and clinical supervision for CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.

You must hold an active NY RN license with at least 2 years of nursing experience, plus experience in long-term or home care and teaching. On-site, day/evening shifts Monday through Friday, with weekend availability optional.

Qualifications

• Active New York State RN license.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• Experience in long-term care or home care preferred.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training.
• Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments.
• Supervise students during clinical rotations when applicable.
• Maintain attendance, grades, and required documentation.
• Ensure compliance with NY DOH and NYSED standards.
• Prepare students for certification, employment and career readiness.
• Create a positive, professional learning environment.
