Bold Vision Career LLC in Rochester, NY is seeking a qualified Healthcare Instructor to join our training team. We seek an experienced RN who can teach and supervise CNA, PCA, and HHA programs, including classroom instruction, skills labs, and clinical supervision.

This role supports weekdays, evenings, and weekends with on-site work, focusing on preparing students for certification and employment, while ensuring NY DOH/NYSED compliance.

Formación

• Active RN license in New York.
• 2+ years nursing experience.
• 1+ year experience in long-term care, home care, or related healthcare setting preferred.
• Teaching, training, or mentoring experience preferred.

Job Summary

Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Healthcare Instructor to join our growing training team in Rochester, NY. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about teaching and helping students begin rewarding careers in healthcare. This role includes classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for our CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Pay Range:

The hiring range for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
