Bold Vision Career LLC in Syracuse, NY is seeking a qualified Healthcare Instructor to join our training team. The ideal candidate is a Registered Nurse with a passion for teaching, capable of providing classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.

The role requires an active NY RN license, at least 2 years of nursing experience, and the ability to maintain compliance with NY DOH/NYSED standards while fostering a supportive learning

Competenze

• Active NY RN license required.
• Minimum 2 years nursing experience.
• At least 1 year in long-term care or home health preferred.
• Teaching or mentoring experience preferred.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.

Mansioni

Job Summary

Bold Vision Career LLC is seeking a qualified and dependable Healthcare Instructor to join our growing training team in Syracuse, NY. We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse who is passionate about teaching and helping students begin rewarding careers in healthcare. This role includes classroom instruction, skills lab training, and clinical supervision for our CNA, PCA, and HHA programs.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

• Teach students in CNA, PCA, and HHA training programs
• Provide classroom instruction and hands-on skills training
• Conduct competency evaluations and student assessments

Pay Range: The hiring range for this position is $40.00-$50.00/hour. Various factors will determine final compensation such as a candidate’s years of relevant work experience, skills, certifications, and location.
