Sentara CarePlex Hospital, a Sentara Health facility in Hampton, VA, seeks a Registered Nurse for its fast-paced Inpatient Surgical Unit. Primary duties include assessing/admitting patients, rounds checks, administering medications, and communicating with families while collaborating with surgeons and a multidisciplinary team.

We welcome new graduates and offer promotional opportunities into leadership roles. Virginia or Compact multi-state licensure is required, with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire
• New Graduates are welcome to apply and may have a new grad bonus

Responsabilités

• Assess/admit patients and perform rounds checks
• Administer medications and monitor patient responses
• Communicate with families and coordinate care with multidisciplinary team
• Provide high-quality postoperative care in a fast-paced Inpatient Surgical Unit
