Sentara CarePlex Hospital in Virginia is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Inpatient Surgical Unit and Medicine Unit. New graduates are welcome to apply. Starting pay rate for new graduate RNs with less than 1 year of experience is $36.00/hour with a $20K sign-on bonus and relocation assistance for qualified candidates.

Shift is Nights 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, with a 36-hour weekly schedule. Licensure in Virginia or a compact multi-state license is required, with BLS within 90 days of hire.

Qualifications

• Virginia or Compact Multi-State License in good standing.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) within 90 days of hire.

Unit Description:

This is a 24-bedunit where we care for patients with a variety of healthcare needs. We are the designated Stroke Unit. We provide for respiratory compromised patients on Bipap, high-flo and/or chronic long term vents. We manipulate and titrate vasoactive infusionsand have bedside monitors. We provide care for patients with DKA, CHF, Pneumonia, and much more.

We provide market-competitive compensation packages, inclusive of base pay, incentives, and benefits. The base pay range for full-time employment is $41.93 - $61.01 hourly. Additional compensation may be available for this role, such as shift differentials, on-call pay, overtime, shift premiums, extra-shift incentives, or bonus opportunities. Compensation within the range may vary based on qualifications, experience, location, market conditions, and business needs.
