Trinity Health Of New England's Mount Sinai Rehabilitation Hospital is seeking an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) to join the Inpatient Rehab Unit for adult patients requiring intensive therapy. Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program.
• Current RN license in Connecticut.
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred.
• Two+ years of rehab/ortho/med-surg in an acute inpatient setting.
• BLS/CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement individualized care plans with physicians, therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Administer medications, IV therapy, and pain management interventions as prescribed and monitor for complications.
• Assist patients with mobility, transfers, and ADLs to promote functional independence.
