Job summary

HCA HealthONE Spalding Rehabilitation is seeking a capable Rehabilitation Staff Nurse to support patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. You will design and implement care plans based on nursing theory to promote self-care, physical, psychosocial, and spiritual well-being for patients and families.

Requirements include current Colorado RN licensure (multistate acceptable), BLS/ACLS certification, BSN preferred, and 1–3 years of medical-surgical or rehab experience.

Qualifications

• Current Colorado RN licensure or active multistate license
• BLS/ACLS certification required
• 1–3 years medical-surgical or rehabilitation experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist patients in adapting to an alternative lifestyle within therapeutic environments
• Design and implement treatment plans based on nursing theory to promote self-care and holistic health
• Provide care in inpatient and outpatient, acute and subacute rehabilitation settings

Job Summary and Qualifications

The rehabilitation staff nurseassistsclients in adapting to an alternative lifestyle, while providing a therapeutic environment for patients’ and their families’ development.The rehabilitation staff nurse designs and implements treatment strategies that are based on scientific nursing theory related to self-care and that promote physical, psychosocial, and spiritual health.The rehabilitation staff nurseworksin inpatient and outpatient settings and in acute and subacute settings

What qualifications you will need:

Licensure/Certification/Registration: Currentlicensure in the State of Colorado as a Registered Nurse, or current active multistate Registered Nurse license.BLScertificationthrough the American Heart Association or American Red Cross.

Education:Graduate from an accredited school of nursing.BSN preferred.

Experience:Rehabilitation, Ortho, Neuro, or TCU experience preferred.1-3 years medical-surgical experience preferred.
