Job summary

Crystal Clinic Orthopaedic Center in Fairlawn, OH is seeking an RN to provide direct, evidence-based care for post-surgical orthopedic patients across inpatient and outpatient settings. What Youll Do

Provides direct, evidence-based nursing care to post-surgical orthopedic, pain management and plastics patients within an inpatient, outpatient and surgical setting. Responsible for comprehensive patient assessment, implementation of individualized care plans, management of post-operative needs, and support of early mobility and rehabilitation goals. Collaborates with an interdisciplinary team to ensure safe, high-quality patient outcomes in accordance with organizational policies, regulatory standards, and clinical best practices.

Education

ADN/ASN or BSN Required

Experience

1-2 years of acute care experience, with preferred experience in orthopedic, surgical, or post-operative inpatient willing to train

Skills

Strong knowledge of musculoskeletal anatomy and physiology. Excellent assessment skills, particularly in neurovascular monitoring. High proficiency in patient education and communication. Demonstrated empathy, compassion, and a focus on patient-centered care. Physical stamina to assist with patient mobility, transferring, and repositioning.

License/Certifications

Current Ohio RN (Registered Nurse) License, BLS (required within 1 month of hire), ACLS/Orthopedic Nurse Certification preferred.
