Job summary

Qualifications

• Current Registered Nurse license from the State of Ohio and/or multi-state compact license.
• BLS certification (American Heart Association) is required.
• BSN degree required after 5 years of employment.

Responsibilities

• Assess, diagnose, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care for patients.
• Document planned nursing interventions based on diagnoses and patient needs.
• Evaluate and document patient responses to care and revise plans as needed.
• Lead process improvement activities to enhance quality and safety in care.
• Operate within the High Reliability Organization framework to ensure safety and efficiency.
