Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, MO is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) for Inpatient Med/Surg. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome; full-time 36 hours/week, day shift 7:00AM-7:30PM.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited nursing program with RN licensure in Missouri or compact licensure.
• BLS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience preferred.
• New graduates welcome.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process for Med/Surg patients.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
• Assess and monitor patient condition and respond to changes.
