Job summary

Mercy Hospital South in St. Louis, Missouri, is hiring a Registered Nurse for Inpatient Med/Surg. New graduates and experienced nurses are welcome.

Full-Time, 36 hours/week, Day Shift from 7:00 AM to 7:30 PM, with a sign-on bonus for experienced nurses up to $10,000 and up to $5,000 for new graduates. Mercy offers day-one benefits including medical/dental/vision, generous PTO, 401(k) with employer match, and loan assistance programs.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license in Missouri or compact licensure.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification required or obtained within 30 days of hire.
• Previous hospital experience may be preferred depending on unit.

Responsibilities

• Apply nursing process to provide patient care.
• Coordinate patient care with other departments.
• Maintain patient rights and confidentiality.
