Job summary

The Registered Nurse (RN) at Sanford Health's Weston Intermediate Care Unit delivers individualized nursing care using the nursing process across all phases of patient care. You will collaborate with physicians and a multidisciplinary team to plan, implement, and evaluate care, ensuring high quality outcomes.

Requirements include graduating from an accredited nursing program and holding a current RN license; BSN is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program.
• Bachelor's Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license where practice occurs.
• Multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.

Responsibilities

• Utilizes the nursing process to provide individualized patient care.
• Collaborates with physicians and inter-professional team to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Performs patient assessment, education, triage, and various nursing interventions.
