Job summary

Sanford Health in Weston, WI is hiring a Registered Nurse for the Weston Intermediate Care Unit. The RN uses the nursing process to deliver individualized care and collaborates with physicians and a wide care team to plan, implement and evaluate patient care.

Shifts are 12 hours with 36 scheduled hours per week. The position requires graduation from an accredited nursing program and RN licensure; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program with RN licensure.
• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred.
• Current state RN license or multistate licensure if NLC.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process.
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan and evaluate care.
• Coordinate patient assessment, education, triage, and follow-up.
• Maintain competency per Nurse Practice Act and state rules.
