Job summary

Sanford Health Fargo is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver individualized patient care using the nursing process across all phases of care. You will collaborate with physicians and inter-professional colleagues to plan, implement and evaluate care, ensuring patient education and timely triage are integrated into daily practice.

The role requires graduating from an accredited nursing program, an RN license in the state, and preferred Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing.

Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; AACN/ACEN/NLN CNEA credentials preferred.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing preferred.
• Current unencumbered RN license in state of practice; multistate licensure if in NLC state.

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized nursing care using the nursing process (assessment through evaluation).
• Collaborate with physicians and inter-professional teams to plan, implement and evaluate care.
• Manage patient education, triage and coordination of care within scope and standards.
