Job summary

Pure Infusion is seeking a PRN RN Infusion Nurse to support infusion treatments across Avondale, Peoria, Surprise, and Goodyear, AZ. You will administer biologics and other infusibles, educate patients, and collaborate with doctors and staff.

The role requires traveling between locations, independent work style, and a commitment to safety and high-quality patient care. US work eligibility and BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Current RN license for the applicable state.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Ability to meet U.S. employment eligibility.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct patient care administering biologics and other infusibles as ordered, and educate patients.
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies.
• Access peripheral IVs and ports.
• Medication preparation and administration.
• Travel to other location(s) as needed.
• Participate in performance improvement activities for care delivery.
• Adhere to safety and infection control policies.
• Follow policies and procedures related to job duties.

NEEDING PRN SUPPORT TO FLOAT TO AVONDALE, PEORIA, SURPRISE and GOODYEAR

Position Summary:

As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, as well as appropriate patient education
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
• Access PIV & Ports
• Medication preparation (Mixing) and Medication administration
• Ability to travel to other location(s) on occasion
• Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care
• Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience
• Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations

• Ability to collaborate with others and offer outstanding customer service

Education/Licensure/Technical Requirements
