Job summary

Pure Infusion Suites seeks an RN Infusion Nurse in Idaho Falls to support doctors and patients with infusion duties and education. You will perform IV therapy, manage medications, and collaborate with office staff to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Requirements include an active RN license, BLS within 30 days, and 1–2 years of nursing experience with strong communication and patient care skills. Travel to other locations may be required.

Job description

As an RN Infusion Nurse at Pure Infusion Suites, you will support our doctors and patients through a variety of tasks related to patient care management, organization, and communication. The position requires you to be comfortable with infusion and working by yourself alongside office staff. You will specialize in the administration of IV therapy treatments for patients with autoimmune disorders.

Key Responsibilities

• Responsible for providing direct patient care administering biologics and other infusible or injectables as ordered, as well as appropriate patient education
• Start/Discontinue IV for infusion therapies
• Access PIV & Ports
• Medication preparation (Mixing) and Medication administration
• Ability to travel to other location(s) on occasion
• Participates in performance improvement activities for the enhancement of care delivery offering suggestions and assistance towards the continuous quality improvement of patient care
• Adheres to standards of safety and infection control, in the delivery of patient care
• Demonstrates a thorough knowledge of and complies with all policies and procedures related to the performance of job duties

Required Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum 1-2 years nursing experience
• Excellent patient assessment and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrates clear communication and effective collaboration to optimize patient care and clinic operations
