Job summary

Memorial Hospital in Bakersfield, part of Dignity Health, seeks a Registered Nurse (RN) to deliver compassionate, high-quality care in a fast-paced acute care setting. You will perform comprehensive assessments, implement care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes.

The ideal candidate holds CA RN licensure, 1–2 years of experience or RN Versant hire, and current BLS; ACLS preferred.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years of previous experience or RN Versant program hire
• Registered Nurse: CA, upon hire
• Basic Life Support (CPR), upon hire
• Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), upon hire
• BSN preferred, upon hire
• Acute care experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Provide individualized, comprehensive nursing care and develop/implement patient care plans.
• Perform skilled assessments and procedures to support patient recovery.
