Responsibilities

• Ensure ICU Bundle is followed and participate in rounding.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely (computer and paper).
• Provide direct patient care and assist physicians in procedures as needed.
• Report changes in patient condition to physician.

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Registered Nurse (RN) in the ICU department, you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery. Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. Responsibilites:

• Perform patient assessment/reassessment, including giving or receiving comprehensive change of shift and intermittent report, obtaining the nursing history, conducting a physical assessment, establishing priorities for care.


• Assures that ICU Bundle is followed with every patient. Completes multidisciplinary rounding tool daily.


• Completes both computer and hand written documentation using correct format in an accurate, precise, timely, legible and complete manner .


• Provide direct patient care, as required. Assist physician with procedures, as necessary.


• Report changes in patient's condition to physician.

Job Requirements

Required

• Other Education level necessary to obtain required licensure and certifications


• 1-2 years of previous acute care experience required or hired through the RN Versant program.,
