Job summary

Dignity Health - Marian Regional Medical Center in Santa Maria, CA is seeking a Registered Nurse to deliver compassionate, high‑quality patient care. You will perform assessments, skilled procedures, and implement care plans as part of a multidisciplinary team in a 191‑bed acute care facility.

The role requires CA RN licensure, 6 months to 1 year of nursing experience, and certifications including CPR, PALS and NRP within 30 days.

Qualifications

• Registered Nurse with minimum 6 months to 1 year of work experience.
• CA RN License required for practice in California.
• Basic Life Support (CPR) certification required within 30 days of hire.
• PALS certification required within 30 days of hire.
• NRP certification required within 30 days of hire.

Responsibilities
