Qualifications
Current RN license in good standing with the State of Louisiana.
Current Basic Life Support (BLS).
Nextgen EHR experience strongly preferred.
Certification in Nursing Informatics (ANCC) or similar, preferred.
Familiarity with value-based care programs and clinical quality measures.
Prefer experience in ambulatory care setting.
Responsibilities
Ensure optimal use of the EHR and other clinical platforms through data hygiene oversight, end-user training, reporting, and workflow optimization.
Support value-based care, quality improvement, and operational excellence across the organization.
Monitor and maintain data, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency of clinical documentation and structured data elements.
Identify data quality issues and collaborate with staff to resolve discrepancies.
Develop and deliver platform training to staff.
Serve as a Super User for EHR functionality, templates, clinical decision support tools, and reporting dashboards.
Providing ongoing support to end users, troubleshooting workflow and system-use challenges.
Run and interpret clinical, operational, and quality reports, including UDS, HEDIS, and other value-based care metrics.
Design and evaluate workflow changes that support quality, compliance, and patient outcomes.
