Overview

Acute Care RN - Full Time

Monday-Friday, 7:00am-5:00pm, 4 10-hour shifts, with rotating weekends.

Responsibilities

• Start patient care, including nursing assessments, medication reconciliation, safety assessments, and implementing protocols
• Administer medications (including IV), draw blood, insert Foley catheters, and provide therapeutic interventions
• Educate patients on managing their illness, medications, and care plans
• Identify and respond to changes in patient condition
• Evaluate and update care plans based on patient and environmental changes
• Document assessments, interventions, and care coordination
• Participate in orientation, in-service, or special case training as needed
• Participate in on-call rotations
• Perform other duties as assigned

Qualifications

• Associate of Science in Nursing
• Current RN license for the state(s) of employment
• At least one year of adult acute inpatient medical or medical/surgical care experience within the last five years
• Current CPR certification
• Valid driver’s license
• Reliable transportation and company-required liability insurance

Preferred qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Nursing, experience providing RN services in home, community, or clinic settings, and adult medical critical care experience.
