Job summary

Maxim Healthcare in Denver is hiring a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide one-on-one home health visits for patients requiring intermittent care. Typical visits are 30 minutes to 1 hour, focusing on catheter care, wound care, diabetes management, and medication administration.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Current RN license for Colorado.
• Current BLS certification.
• One year RN experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
• Initiate plan of care and revise with prescriber as patient needs change.
• Administer medications and treatments; monitor effectiveness.
• Document care and coordinate with team for discharge planning.
• Follow Nurse Practice Act and professional standards.
