Qualifications
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
- Current Colorado RN license.
- Current PPD or Chest X-Ray.
- Current BLS certification.
- One year RN experience preferred but not required.
- Complies with accepted professional standards and practice.
Responsibilities
- Plan, implement, and evaluate patient care using the nursing process.
- Initiate and revise the plan of care with prescriber input.
- Administer medications and treatments and document effectiveness.
- Monitor changes in patient status and report to physician or supervisor.
- Support education, care coordination, and discharge planning.
- Adhere to Maxim policy and attend required meetings.
