Job summary

Global Quality Home Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team. The RN will conduct client visits, assess conditions and environments, develop ADL-based care plans, and evaluate caregiver performance to ensure high-quality, compassionate home care.

Experience in home health is preferred and a valid SC RN license is required. The role offers a PRN, 1099 arrangement with flexible scheduling and opportunities for advancement in a supportive, values-driven

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license in South Carolina.
• 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health care or a related field.
• Strong clinical skills and experience in conducting health assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement ADL plans tailored to client needs.
• Experience in evaluating and providing feedback to caregivers.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach to care.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess health conditions and living environments.
• Develop individualized care plans, including ADLs, based on client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to clients and families regarding health management and ADLs.
• Evaluate caregiver performance to ensure quality care according to care plans.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals and caregivers for holistic client care.
• Maintain accurate and timely medical records and documentation.
• Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development to stay current with best practices in home care nursing.
