Job summary

Global Quality Home Services is seeking a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) to join our in-home care team on a PRN basis. The RN will visit clients, assess conditions, and develop ADL-based care plans while evaluating caregiver performance.

The role requires an SC RN license and 1–2 years’ experience, preferably in home health. You’ll collaborate with caregivers and clinicians to ensure high-quality, compliant client care.

Qualifications

• Valid and current RN license in South Carolina.
• Minimum 1–2 years nursing experience, preferably in home health.
• Strong clinical skills and health assessments.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop and implement ADL plans and evaluate caregivers.

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive client visits to assess health conditions and living environments.
• Develop individualized care plans including ADLs based on client needs.
• Monitor and document client progress and adjust care plans as needed.
• Provide education and support to clients and families regarding health management and ADLs.
• Evaluate caregiver performance to ensure quality care per plans.
• Collaborate with healthcare professionals and caregivers for holistic care.
• Maintain accurate medical records and compliance with regulations.
• Participate in ongoing training and professional development.
