ChristianaCare Health System is seeking an RN for the 12-bed Clinical Decision Unit in Elkton, Maryland. The role covers multiple units with a focus on patient advocacy and high-quality nursing care. 24 hours per week, day shift from 7a to 7p, with weekend and holiday requirements as per department policy.

The RN will deliver safe, evidence-based care, administer medications, perform assessments, and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

Qualifikationen

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing.
• Maryland RN license or license from a compact state.
• American Heart Association BLS required.
• ACLS required within 1 year of start date.
• NIH Stroke certification required within 90 days of start date.
