Talented Medical Solutions seeks a dedicated Registered Nurse (RN) for a 13-week contract in a rehabilitation setting in Albuquerque, New Mexico. Location: Albuquerque, NM.

Schedule: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday; Shift: 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM (30-minute meal break); Duration: 13 Weeks; Guaranteed Hours: 36 hours per week. The RN will provide comprehensive nursing care focused on recovery, mobility, and overall wellness, including assessments, care planning, medication administration, progress

Qualifications

• Active NM RN license.
• BLS certification (ACLS preferred).
• Minimum 1-2 years RN experience (rehab or med-surg preferred).
• Strong clinical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient assessments and develop individualized care plans.
• Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.
• Monitor patient progress and document accurately.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams (PT, OT, physicians, etc.).
• Educate patients and families on recovery plans and discharge instructions.
• Ensure compliance with facility policies and state regulations.
