Job summary

Ardent Health Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a night-shift, full-time Rehab RN to join Lovelace UNM Rehabilitation Hospital, a state-of-the-art facility dedicated to improving patient outcomes. The role requires an Associate’s Degree or Nursing Diploma, NM RN license (or compact, within 90 days), and BLS within 14 days.

ACLS/PALS may be required. You may also be eligible for sign-on bonus up to $12,000 and relocation assistance.

Qualifications

• Requires Associate's Degree or Nursing Diploma.
• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days).
• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer.
• ACLS and/or PALS may be required.

Responsibilities

• Provide professional nursing care and supervise staff assigned to the RN in charge.
• May serve as Charge Nurse and be accountable for professional practice.
• Adhere to policies, procedures and regulations to ensure patient safety.

Responsibilities

• The Registered Nurse is responsible and accountable for the practice of Professional Nursing, to include patient care and staff management assigned to the RN in his/her charge.


• May serve in the role of Charge Nurse and is accountable for professional practice.


• Adheres to policies and procedures and regulations to ensure compliance and patient safety

Qualifications

Job Requirements:

• Associate’s Degree or Diploma of Nursing


• Valid NM Nursing license or NM compact license (within 90 days of hire)


• BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.


• DEPARTMENT MAY ALSO REQUIRE ACLS and or PALS

Preferred Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in nursing.


• 2 years of experience in a specialty


• 2 years of general nursing experience.
