Homeview Health and Rehabilitation is seeking Registered Nurses to provide compassionate daily care, maintain accurate medical records, and develop individualized care plans for residents. A valid Indiana RN license and strong patient-care skills are required.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited school of nursing and possess a valid RN license.
• Understanding of safe nursing practices per Indiana regulations.
• Proficient with basic computer apps (Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Provide daily resident care, health needs, safety and comfort.
• Develop and maintain resident care plans and document progress (MDS).
• Conduct daily visits to monitor residents' physical and mental condition.
• Collaborate with physicians and families on care decisions and treatments.
• Maintain up-to-date resident medical records and documentation.
