Job summary

Homeview Health and Rehabilitation is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to provide daily care, health needs, safety and comfort for residents. You will document assessments, assist with unit management and support nursing staff.

Responsibilities include care plan development, resident visits, routine nursing procedures, family support, and meticulous medical record documentation. Indiana licensure and HIPAA compliance are required, with a compassionate, discrete approach expected.

Qualifications

• RN licensed in good standing per state and federal requirements.
• Understanding of Indiana nursing practices.
• Basic computer skills.
• A passion for caring for people.
• Discretion and HIPAA compliance.
• Familiarity with Word/Excel and basic office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and update resident care plans per facility policy.
• Conduct daily and periodic resident visits to monitor condition.
• Perform routine nursing procedures with physicians and families.
• Provide emotional support and handle complaints from residents or visitors.
• Document medical records, complete 24-hour reports, shift narcotic counts.
• Maintain up-to-date resident medical records.
