Job summary

Texoma Medical Center in Denison, TX, a 414-bed acute care facility, is seeking a Registered Nurse (RN) to join our medical-surgical team. The basic purpose is to provide safe, competent nursing care, lead the healthcare team, and support patient-centered care in line with facility standards.

Qualifications

• Current Texas nursing license or compact license.
• One year full time experience in an acute care setting.
• STABLE and NRP within 6 months
• BLS Healthcare Provider course according to RQI guidelines and ECC requirements will be provided during orientation or upon transfer and must be completed prior to working in a clinical setting.
• Must successfully pass any pre-employment assessment(s) required by the facility.
• Must be able to identify and competently address the needs of the populations served.
