Job summary

You will assess, plan, and implement nursing interventions, administer medications, and collaborate with the care team to optimize patient outcomes.

The role offers an hourly wage of $40.00–$55.00 with a potential $10,000 bonus and a comprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, life insurance, 401K and PTO.

Qualifications

• Must be a graduate of an approved school of nursing and currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing.
• CPR Certification is required

Responsibilities

• Perform nursing assessments and collaborate with the nursing team, other disciplines, patients, and families to develop effective plans of care.
• Administer medications and performs treatments per physician orders.
• Delegate patient care responsibilities to staff and supervise them to ensure that tasks and interventions are implemented.
• Communicate patient information with assigned staff and between shifts.
• Establish and monitor realistic short- and long-term patient goals to minimize rehospitalizations and evaluate outcomes.
