Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assess and plan patient care with the Charge Nurse.
• Administer medications and assist with procedures.
• Count controlled substances and document nursing care.
• Document encounters using SOAP notes and participate in staff meetings.
• Communicate pertinent information to the medical team.
